Ed was such a tremendous friend and amazing example of patience, grace, and perseverance through faith in the Lord. He was a blessing to so many and had the gift to meet every person where they were at in life while allowing God to use him as a vessel for fulfilling the Lord's will and purpose in those moments. He worked hard to provide for his family and enjoyed the special moments to be with friends, YMCA-mates, and others with whom he crossed paths. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed! He is our Captain America! As Ed would often say when sharing a story, "You can't make this stuff up!" Such an appropriate phrase for the love and tributes that Ed deserves! He has finished the race and earned his crown! Well done, good and faithful servant! Rest in peace! Will meet you where you are at some day....We love you! God Bless!
