Obituary of Yvonne A. Webb

ROCHESTER, NY – February 26, 2024 Yvonne Annette (Cottman) Webb was born to Harry Cotman and Vera Mae Cottman on June 2, 1952, in Rochester, NY at Rochester General Hospital. She went home to be with the Lord on February 26, 2024 after a sudden decline in her health. Yvonne was a loving mother, grandmother, partner and friend to so many. She never met a stranger. Affectionately known for her larger-than-life personality, bright smile and her willingness to help anyone. She will truly be missed. Yvonne is predeceased by her father Harry Cotman, mother Vera Mae Cottman, brother Gordon Cotman, and cousin Jerry Williams. She is survived by her daughters Cassandra Womack, Dorothea (Lawrence) Cottman-Clincy, bonus daughter Angela Burns, brother Fletcher Cotman, grandchildren Jermaine Jeffries (Martecia), Joshua Anderson, Kendall Dorman, Juanya Burns, Nina Arnold, great-grandchildren Quamaine Jeffries, Janiyah Jeffries, Jamari Jeffries, Parker Jae Anderson, cousins Gordon Cotman (Delores) and family, special partner James (Frankie) Spears, and a host of extended family and friends. Calling hours will be Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at The Latimer Chapel, 983 S. Plymouth Ave., Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, March 11, 2024 at First Genesis Baptist Church, 292 Hudson Avenue, Rochester, NY. Interment at the convenience of the family.
