ROCHESTER, NY – September 28, 2023
Mr. Frasier was born March 23, 1944 in Walterboro, SC. He is the son of the late Rodgers Frasier and the late Nancy (Richardson) Frasier. He married Sarah Jeanette Stevens.
He served in the Army. He was employed by City of Rochester in Rochester, New York as a Mechanic.
He is survived by his wife: Sarah Jeanette (Stevens) Frasier; 3 sons, Greg, Robert Jr. Frasier and LaMont Fye; 3 daughters: Renee Frazier, Karen Williams and Jeannine Dingus Eason; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Thursday, October 5 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9 Shelter Street, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate his life will immediately follow. Interment will be in Westview Memorial Gardens, Ruffin, SC on Thursday, October 12.
