Mrs. Abercrombie was born December 19, 1932 in Tallassee, AL. She is the daughter of the late Samuel Moore Sr. and the late Alice (Griffin) Moore.
She was employed by General Motors Rochester, NY as an Assembly Line Worker.
Betty transitioned on Wednesday, August 17 at age 89.
Predeceased by; her husband, Clifford B. Abercrombie; brothers, William David Moore, Samuel Moore Jr., James A. Moore Sr., and Paul E. Moore.
She is survived by; siblings, Donald E. Moore (Carolyn) from Brooklyn, NY, Alice R. (Ben) Davis, Bennie V. Summers. Dawn W. (Collins) Anderson of Aliquippa, PA, Howard A. (Loretta) Moore, Benjamin G. (Lucille) Moore, and Terri D. Harris, all of Rochester, NY; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Saturday, September 3 from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM at New Life Fellowship 330 Wellington Avenue. Funeral Service to follow. Interment Falls Cemetery, Greece, NY. Masks required.
