ROCHESTER, NY – August 11, 2022 Latoya Everette Daniels "Blackie" was born in Rochester, New York to Alfred Daniels and Lasandra Daniels. Latoya attended James Madison, Freddie Thomas and Threshhold where she obtained her GED and CNA license. Toya had many jobs throughout her life. She was the mother to three beautiful young girls, Yan'Janea Monson, Zariyah Daniels and London Jackson. She also leaves behind six brothers and sisters Demitrius Duke, Latrice Sturgis (Herb Sturgis) Latasha McGee, Alfred Daniels Jr., Shunta Daniels, (Gerald Williams) and Shaneeka Daniels. Grandparents Villine and Cleveland McGee, Annie Perry (whom called Toya Mary Brown) a great host of aunts, uncles, cousin and friends. Toya was full of life. Everyone that knew her knows you could not get her to sit down nor be quiet. Toya never wanted to see people in need or hurting. Toya would give her last to see someone at peace. She loved to dance and eat Chicken covered with hot sauce. She always spoke her mind and was very adament, She could get away with almost anything just by saying "Do you Love me". Throughout everything Toya was a fighter, she was strong and her personality showed she wasn't the type to give up! Toya fought this battle that was given to her until the end and now she is at peace and although she is not here in person she is in our hearts we Love you Toya rest easy now. Calling hours will be Friday, August 19 from 10 AM - 12 Noon at the Latimer Chapel. Funeral Service to follow. Interment Private.
