ROCHESTER, NY – October 21, 2021 at age 73
Mrs. Ford was born January 16, 1948 in Homestead, PA. She is the daughter of the late Robert Lee Houser and the late Golda M. (Bembry) Houser.
She was employed by Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York as an Environmental Services Technician.
Predeceased by her parents, Robert Houser and Golda (Rev. Capers) Bell. She is survived by; 2 sons, David (Heru Ra) and Michael Ford; 4 grandchildren, Sensorya Green-Ford, Hruti Ra, Rashika Ra, and Min Kheper-ra Ra; several siblings, a host of other relatives and friends.
On Friday, November 19, 2021 friends and family are invited to her visitation from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. and the memorial service at 11:05 a.m. at New Life Fellowship, 330 Wellington Avenue, Rochester, New York 14619. Pastor Bernard McNeill officiating. Interment Private. Masks required.
