Mr. Stills was born December 1, 1946 in Bronx, NY. He is the son of the late William E. Stills and the late Anna Lee (Flakes) Stills.
He was employed by Bausch & Lomb Rochester, NY as a(n) Caster.
He is survived by; his partner, Patricia; 5 children, Jonathan, Ashonte, David, Joyce, and Connie, 14 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sherry and Gail; 1 brother, Ronald, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, July 21 at 10 AM-11 AM New Bethel CME Church 270 Scio Street. Funeral Service to follow.
Interment Riverside Cemetery. Masks required.
