U.S. Navy Veteran
Mr. Harding was born October 6, 1931 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late Leroy Harding and the late Florence M. (Washington) Harding.
He served in the Navy from 1948 to 1973. He was employed by Post Office in Rochester, NY as a Postal Clerk.
He is survived by; one daughter, Sandra Brooks; 2 grandchildren; 1 brother, George Harding; 1 sister, Melba Walker; 1 niece, Jennifer Walker-Scaggs; "little sister", Brenda Murphy; other family and friends.
All services will be private.
