Mr. Neal was born March 28, 1932 in Brooks County, GA. He is the son of the late Robert and the late Lorena (Tucker) Neal. He married Cora B Bowen.
He is survived by his devoted wife Cora B; 6 sons Lucus; Samuel Jr. Donald J. (Lorretta); Allen D.; Eugene (Celeste); Sidney (Nadine); 10 grandchildren ; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews other relatives church family and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, August 1 from 10AM-12Noon at Latimers. Funeral Service private. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
