Ms. Dillard Moore Whitley was born July 5, 1945 in Rome, AL. She is the daughter of the late Roy Mckee and the late Jannie (Dillard) Mckee.
She was employed by Rochester City School District as a Parent Representative.
She is survived by family and friends.
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 22 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Abundant Life Faith Center, 427 Jefferson Avenue, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be immediately follow with Pastor Pete Dillard, Officiating. Interment at the convenience of the family.
