West Henrietta, NY – August 5, 2019 Mrs. Fulton was born in Greenwood, SC. She is the daughter of Miller Devlin (deceased) and Mary (Middleton) Devlin. She was the owner of Fulton's Service Station Philadelphia, PA. Predeceased by; her husband, Robert James Fulton, Sr. and 1 son, Rodney Fulton. Survived by; 3 sons, Robert James Fulton, Jr., Ronald Fulton, and Markeith Richard Fulton; 1 daughter, Renee C. Lewis; 2 Daughters-in-law, Oneather Fulton and Gracie Fulton; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; Mother, Rev. Mary Devlin; 2 Brothers, Michael Devlin and Willie Devlin; 2 Sisters, Monique L. Latimer and Virginia P. Devlin; 4 sisters-in-law; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Calling hours will be Saturday, August 10 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at End Time Deliverance Miracle Ministries, 144 Edinburgh Street, Rochester, NY and additional calling hours on Tuesday, August 13 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Crestmont, 1678 Fairview Avenue, Willow Grove, PA. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Crestmont. Burial will be in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.
