Mr. Strong was born January 11, 1945 in Pensacola, FL. He is the son of the late Press and the late Dell (Sapp) Strong.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia Strong; 1 daughter, Charlene Strong; 1 grandson, Elijah Strong; 2 brothers & sisters; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brother-in-law, other relatives, church family & friends.
Friends may call Friday, May 3, 2019 5-8 PM at Latimers. Friends may call Saturday 10 AM- 11:00AM Saturday, May 4, 2019 at New Bethel C.M.E. Church, 270 Scio Street. Funeral Service immediately following. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery, Penfield, NY.
