Winifred Lorraine Strothers was born August 10, 1921 in Scottsville, NY. She is the daughter of the late Elroy H. Dey and the late Blanche (Johnson) Dey.
She was employed by City of Rochester as a Payroll Coordinator.
Predeceased by her husband, Collier J. Strothers. She is survived by 1 son, Norman W. Strothers; 1 daughter, Shelley D. Strothers; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; other relatives; church family and friends.
Calling hours will be Monday, February 25 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9 Shelter Street, Rochester, NY. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will immediately follow with Rev. J.D. Jackson, Jr., Officiating. Burial will be in Oatka Cemetery, Scottsville, NY.
