Peggy Jean Smart was born March 7, 1961 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of John B. Smart and Audrey J. (Redman) Smart.
She was employed by Visiting Nurse Service in Rochester, NY as a Home Health Aide.
She is survived by her friends and family.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate her life will be held from 2:00–4:00 PM on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Millard E. Latimer & Son Funeral Directors Inc., 983 S. Plymouth Ave., Rochester, NY. Interment Private.
