Mrs. Owens was born October 12, 1927 in Youngstown, OH. She is the daughter of the late Walter L. and the late Elizabeth (Blair) Dukes Sr.
Married to the late Shadie Owens. She is survived by 3 children, Rev. Zelba Owens, Zel Cason and Zephel Owens; a host of grand and great-grandchildren.
Friends May call Saturday, October 20 from 10AM-11AM at Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 549 Clarissa Street. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life immediately following. Interment White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford, New York.
