Ms. Willis was born June 27, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA. She is the daughter of the late Roland and the late Rozzie A (Proctor) Willis.
She is survived by 2 brothers, Derrick (Fanta) Coley and Dale (Linda) Coley; 2 sisters, Rosa Tillman and Pamela (Glen) Brady; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service to Celebrate her life will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Latimers. Interment at the convenience of the family.
