Mrs. Brooks was born June 14, 1930 in Allendale, SC. She is the daughter of the late Estell Williams.
She is survived by 3 sons, Anthony Brooks, Chauncey (Louise) Brooks and James (Mattie Marsh) Brooks; 3 daughters, Clara (Jerome) Blake, Winefred Brooks and Patricia (Robert) Frazier; 40 grand, 45 Great and 2 great-great-grandchildren; dear friends, Eunice Blackwell, Ruth Murray and Mandy Holmes; nieces, nephews; church family; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, May 25 from 10 AM-12 Noon at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church. The Funeral Service to Celebrate her life will immediately follow. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
