Mrs. Giblison was born February 10, 1943 in Rochester, NY. She is the daughter of the late Paul and the late Thelma (Giblison) Jackson.
She served in the Navy during the Vietnam War from 1964 to 1967. She was employed by Hess in Rochester, NY.
She is survived by; 1 sister, Helen V. Brown; 1 step-sister, Tammy Jackson; 1 step-brother, Wayne Jackson; 2 nephews, Bernard Brown and Henry Brown; other relatives and friends.
Graveside service Tuesday, May 29th at Bloomfield Cemetery, Bloomfield, NY.
