Mr. Dash was born June 13, 1956 in Rochester, NY. He is the son of the late Louis and the late Tommy Jane (Jackson) Dash.
He served in the Army from 1978 to 1987. He was employed by Rochester City School District as a Teacher.
A Graveside Service to Celebrate his life will be held 2:00 PM on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Bath National Cemetery in Bath, NY.
