I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of mornings I would stop at the barn to see my "Velvet" on my way to work... Jim would often be doing the morning chores and we would visit. He always called me Margaret, and I always referred to him as Dr. Ghent. I so loved our talks, and I always learned something from him. He was a special man... With sincere sympathy, Peggy

Mrs. Ghent, Beth, Jamie, and Jonathan, My name is Arlene Wilkerson-Ashe. In 1977, I had the pleasure of staying in your home in Rochester, where I did my student teaching in one of the local elementary schools (Churchville Chili). I have been searching for an address for you all for quite sometime. Tonight in my search, I came across Mr. Ghent's obituary. I was truly saddened to read of his passing. Please accept my condolences and know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
