Mrs. Garrott was born January 1, 1931 in Chicago Heights, IL. She is the daughter of the late Benjamin and the late Hallie Mae (Tyler) Gray.
Predeceased by her husband, Dale Garrott; parents; 2 brothers; 4 sisters. She is survived by Special niece and caregiver; Kathi Elliott; Special Nephew, Bernard Gray; Nieces Nephews, other relatives, Church family and friends.
A Memorial Service to Celebrate her life will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Aenon Baptist Church, 175 Genesee Street. Rev. Robert L. Miller Sr., Officiating. Interment private.
