Mrs. Hagins was born January 11, 1943 in Sardis, GA.
She is survived by 4 children, Rhonda R., Reggie, Raul and Faith Hagins; several grand and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Friday, 5-7 PM at Latimers. Funeral Service, Saturday, 11AM at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 141 Adams Street. Interment Riverside Cemetery
