Mr. Dorsey was born February 16, 1945 in Lexington Park, MD the son of the late Anthony and the late Ruth E (Dorsey) Briscoe.
He is survived by his wife: Jamesella Dorsey; 2 sons, Cory (Monica) Douglass and James Dorsey, Jr.; 1 daughter, Charlene Awkward; 10 grand and 11 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews; relatives and friends
