Susie Mae Rivers, age 83, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in, Rochester.
Mrs. Rivers was born January 24, 1929 in Savannah, GA the daughter of the late Solomon and the late Geneva (Dukes) Dillion.
Predeceased by her husband and 1 son. She is survived by 4 daughter, Joyce (Charlie) Williams, Linda Alston, Betty Rivers and Luzanne Rivers; 2 sons, Calvin Rivers and William (Eva) Rivers; 24 grand and several great and great-great grandchildren; Goddaughters, DeeDee Casey, Linda Scott-Baldwin, Minnie Wright, Mary Washington and Jean; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Friday 5-8 pm at Pilgrim Church of God 63 Dr. Samuel McCree Way. Eastern Star Service 7 PM. Funeral Service, Saturday at 11 AM at Church Of Love, 700 Exchange St. Rev. Michael O'Mealy, Officiating. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery.
