James Clarence Quinn, age 84, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 in Rochester.
Mr. Quinn was born November 30, 1927 in McComb, MS the son of the late Dewitt and the late Rosa (Coney) Quinn.
US Army Veteran. Predeceased by his wife, Undine Quinn. He survived by 4 sons, James K., Dewitt (Janelle). Rev. Lester (Doris), Rev. Larry (Ulandus); 4 Daughters, Gwen (Larry) Bonner, Carol (Willie) Hayes, Yumetta "Yona", Delores k.; special granddaughter, Donnis (Rev. Juan) Braswell; 30 grand 38 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandson; 1 brother Percy; 5 sisters, Clara Patterson, Rosa Dee Jackson, TeeElla Turner, Ina (Norman) Felton , Ernestine Green; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Quinn-Fleming and Maggie; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives church family and friends.
Friends May call Friday 5-8 pm at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 351 Joseph Avenue. Funeral Service Saturday 11:00 AM at the church. Rev. Dr. Harmon E. Stockdale, Officiating. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
