Henry Higdon, Jr., age 68, died Saturday, December 10, 2011 in, Rochester.
Mr. Higdon was born August 4, 1943 at Bradenton, FL the son of the late Henry S and the late Ola Mae (Bell) Higdon Sr.
He is survived by his devoted wife Sara W. Higdon. Four sons, Brain Chapman, Melcolm (Kelline) Higdon, Marcus (LaDawn) Higdon and Henry S. (Robin) Higdon, III. Two daughter, Keischa J. Higdon and Kehli K. Higdon. 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. One brother, Alphonso (Mattie) Bell. Five sisters, Elnora (Lawrence) Shuler, Louise (Murdolf) Jones, Elouise Bell, Mary Alyce Brown and Ethel (John) Williams. Father and Mother-in-law Minister Emertis and Mrs. Cass Wade. Two god- daughter, 3 sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law. Nieces, nephews other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Friday from 5-8 pm at East Henrietta Road Church Of Christ, 285 East Henrietta Rd., Funeral Service, 1:00 PM at the church. Dr. Jerry G. Houston Pastor. Interment at the convenience of the family.
