Ruben James Green, Jr., age 74, died Friday, November 4, 2011 in, Rochester.
Mr. Green was born August 1, 1937 in Miami, FL the son of the late Ruben and the late Melvina (Pittman) Green.
US Army Veteran. He is survived by 4 children, Ruben James (Claudette) Green, III, Thomas (Shirley) Green, Chanel Green & Joshua Clancy. 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. 2 brothers, George Green & Robert Green, 1 sister Melvina Robinson, Aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives, church family and friends.
Friends may call Thursday, 5-8PM at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church 351 Joseph Ave. Funeral Service, Friday, 11AM at Aenon Baptist Church 175 Genesee St. Rev. Dr. James L. Cherry, Sr. Officiating. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
